Warranty Coverage and Replacement Policy

At Esseti SRL, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to offer our customers confidence through a clear and reliable warranty policy.


Warranty Period

All electrical products purchased from bricomind.com include a 2-year warranty starting from the delivery date.
Customers who have purchased the optional 1-year extended warranty are covered for a total of 3 years.


Coverage Provided

During the warranty period, if an electrical component fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product at no additional cost.


Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or physical impact

  • Normal wear and tear due to regular use

  • Problems resulting from incorrect installation, negligence, or improper handling


How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, send an email to info@bricomind.com.

You will receive an automatic acknowledgment. Please reply to that email with a short video clearly demonstrating the problem (for example, the product not powering on, not charging, or malfunctioning during normal use).

If video evidence is unavailable or does not clearly show the issue, we may ask you to return the product to our warehouse for inspection.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.


Claim Assessment and Approval

Warranty claims will only be processed if they meet the conditions outlined in this policy. We aim to evaluate and resolve claims quickly and fairly to minimize any inconvenience.
