After receiving your withdrawal notice, we will issue a full refund within 14 days. This includes the cost of standard delivery but excludes any additional fees for express or special shipping services.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. No administrative charges will apply.
You must return the goods no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day period expires.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Customized or personalized products
Sealed items that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
Perishable goods or products with a short shelf life
Unsealed audio, video, or software items
Newspapers, magazines, and other periodicals
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and include original packaging, labels, and any protective seals.
If the product has been handled in a way that diminishes its value, a partial refund may be applied.
Ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage during transport.
The buyer is responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
